Rep. Jeff Holy talks with KXLY about budget debate

Rep. Jeff Holy, R-Cheney, talked with KXLY about a variety of issues confronting legislators as the end of the 2016 legislative session nears.  Most pressing is the issue of the supplemental budget.  Holy said he is hoping that everybody comes together for the good of the state and that common ground can be found.  However, the Republican lawmaker added that there is no law that requires a supplemental budget be adopted.
